Enchanted River

The World-Famous Enchanted River flows from the surrounding hills and area into a deep sink hole and meanders through a tropical forest into a beautiful bay and the Pacific Ocean. The name “enchanted river" dates back to the diplomat Modesto Farolan who described the river in his poem entitled "Rio Encantado". Pristine, preserved, natural, and enchanting are the most described words from international and local tourists.

Kawa-Kawa Pools
Kawa Kawa Falls is a unique natural wonder located just a 20 minute drive from Bislig, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. The name “Kawa” means wok or frying pan in the local language, and the pools resemble different-sized woks. The water flows from the mountains, creating a beautiful natural pools. Adrenaline junkies can enjoy diving from the few decks. The road to Kawa-kawa Falls is mostly concrete and passable, accessible by bus or private vehicle. Tinuy-an Falls
Tinuy-an Falls is a multi-tiered waterfall in Bislig, Surigao del Sur. The waterfall has been featured in various international travel magazines and TV shows. The Tinuy-an falls are 95 m wide and 55 meters (180 ft) high, touted as the “Little Niagara Falls of the Philippines”. Tinuy-an is a white water curtain that flows in three levels (with a fourth tier hidden from view above) and is said to be the widest waterfall in the Philippines. Morning rainbows abound, and tourists may also ride a raft to get close to its powerful cascades and get a water “massage.”
